Practical AI training to use AI on your real work — not demos

A hands-on, LLM-agnostic AI course for non-technical professionals across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and UI/UX. Choose self-paced or a live cohort. Learn the skill of briefing AI well — and apply it across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whichever model your company already uses. No coding, no theory.

/ TL;DR

What is paarsh.ai / learn?

paarsh.ai / learn is a practical AI training programme based in Pune, India, that teaches non-technical working professionals — in HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and UI/UX Design — to use AI on their actual day-to-day work. The programme is LLM-agnostic: you learn the underlying skill of briefing AI well, and apply it across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any modern model your company already uses. It is offered in two modes — self-paced and a live cohort of under 25 participants — with identical curriculum. Built and taught by Vikas Tambde, who has 22 years of experience in enterprise software and engineering management across the US and India. No coding is required.

The method

The Brief a Junior framework — the prompt engineering method you'll learn in week one

Every prompt, every task, every session uses the same mental model. Learn it once, apply it everywhere — across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and UI/UX work — and across any modern LLM (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

Context
Who you are, who the output is for, what the situation is. Without this, every answer is generic.
Task
The specific thing you need done. Not 'make this better.' What, exactly, do you need?
Example
A sample of 'good' from your own work. This is what makes AI sound like your company, not a template.
Constraints
Word limits, banned phrases, format, tone. The guardrails that turn a draft into something you'd actually send.

The tracks

Seven AI training tracks — HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and UI/UX

Every cohort is built for one audience. You'll work on real tasks from your actual desk — and the skills transfer across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whichever model your company already uses.

// SELF-PACED vs COHORT

Self-paced vs live cohort: the content is identical. The experience isn't.

Every lesson, prompt, and framework is in both modes. The cohort just adds a teacher and a team around the same material.

Honest fit check

Who this AI training is for — and who it isn't

This is for you if…

  • You work in HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, or UI/UX — at any level
  • You've tried AI a few times and felt like you were missing something
  • You want to use AI on your actual work, not on demo prompts
  • You're fine learning a skill that works across Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — not loyal to one tool
  • You can commit 3–4 hours per week for 4 weeks
  • You're willing to bring real tasks from your own desk
  • You want a small group, not a 500-person webinar

This isn't for you if…

  • You want a certificate for your LinkedIn, not a real skill
  • You're looking for coding or developer-level AI training
  • You want theory, frameworks, and slides about the future of AI
  • You want a deep dive into one specific model's UI — we teach the underlying skill, not button locations
  • You can't commit to attending live sessions twice a week (if you choose cohort mode)
  • You want tips and tricks, not a practice you can maintain

From the cohorts

What past cohort participants say about the AI training

I used to spend 3 hours every month writing variance commentary. Now it takes 30 minutes, and it sounds more like our CFO than what I was writing manually.
The 'Brief a Junior' framework changed how I think about delegation, not just AI. I brief my actual team better now too.
I finally wrote the 12 SOPs I'd been putting off for a year. Not because I had more time — because the friction dropped to near zero.

About the instructor

Vikas Tambde

Founder & Lead Instructor, paarsh.ai

22 years in enterprise software, engineering management, and operations. Built and run engineering organisations across the US and India. Set up two Global Capability Centres from scratch. Returned to India six years ago after 19 years in the US.

I don't teach AI theory. I sit with professionals — one function at a time — and show them how to use AI on the actual work sitting in their inbox. The shift from "I tried it once" to "I use it every day" almost always comes down to one thing: learning to brief AI like a junior colleague, not query it like a search engine.
