The Brief a Junior framework — the prompt engineering method you'll learn in week one
Every prompt, every task, every session uses the same mental model. Learn it once, apply it everywhere — across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and UI/UX work — and across any modern LLM (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

22 years in enterprise software, engineering management, and operations. Built and run engineering organisations across the US and India. Set up two Global Capability Centres from scratch. Returned to India six years ago after 19 years in the US.
I don't teach AI theory. I sit with professionals — one function at a time — and show them how to use AI on the actual work sitting in their inbox. The shift from "I tried it once" to "I use it every day" almost always comes down to one thing: learning to brief AI like a junior colleague, not query it like a search engine.

Modes & Format
The curriculum is identical. Self-paced gives you LMS access to start anytime, work through sessions at your own speed, and use all the prompt libraries and Claude Project files. Cohort adds live sessions with Vikas, real-time feedback on your actual work, weekly office hours, a private WhatsApp group, and a showcase session at the end. The content is the same — the experience around it is different.
Each week has two live sessions of 45–60 minutes each, scheduled in the evening (IST). Between sessions, you'll have one short practice task — usually 20–30 minutes — using a real work document you bring from your desk. There's no homework in the traditional sense; the practice is the point.
Yes. Every session is recorded and available to cohort members for 90 days. That said, live attendance matters — most of the learning happens in the room, not the replay.
Under 25 people per cohort. The sessions only work if there's enough time to go through real examples from participants.
English, with Hindi used freely when it helps explain something better. The working language is English but there's no formality about it.
Prerequisites
None. The Foundation course is designed specifically for people with no coding background who have only casually experimented with AI tools. If you can use email and Excel, you have all the technical skill required.
The programme is LLM-agnostic — the skill you learn (briefing AI well) works identically across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. We'll demonstrate examples on whichever model fits the task, and you can follow along on the model your company already pays for. A paid subscription to any one major LLM is recommended. The Advanced course also covers Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, and Apps Script, but no coding is involved.
Primarily yes, but we accept applicants with equivalent experience — people who use AI daily in their work and can demonstrate that. If you're unsure whether you qualify, apply and tell us what you're already doing. We'll be honest.
Pricing & Teams
Founding pricing is for the first cohort or first batch of self-paced access. It's lower because you're helping us refine the programme and your feedback shapes future cohorts. Standard pricing applies once founding seats are filled.
Yes. Teams of 3 or more get 20% off per seat on Cohort mode. If you want to enrol a group from the same organisation, reach out directly at hello@paarsh.ai. We've run cohorts for entire departments.
If you apply and decide to withdraw before the cohort starts, we offer a full refund. Once sessions begin, we don't offer refunds — but we'll work with you to find a solution if something comes up.
After completion
A personal AI workflow document specific to your role (built during the course), a prompt library tailored to your function, and access to the alumni community. Advanced graduates also ship two documented AI systems. There's no formal certificate — the output is the skill, not the credential.
Yes. All graduates join a private community where Vikas is active. New prompts, updated techniques, and occasional live Q&A sessions are shared there. Access is ongoing.
