Practical AI training for the people who actually do the work

paarsh.ai / learn is a hands-on, LLM-agnostic AI training programme for non-technical working professionals — HR business partners, finance managers, operations leads, sales people, digital marketers, product managers, and UI/UX designers who want to use AI on the actual work sitting in their inbox, not on demo prompts from YouTube videos. The skill you learn works identically across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whichever model your company has chosen.

We teach two courses across seven specialist tracks. The Foundation course (4 weeks, 8 sessions) takes you from "I tried ChatGPT once" to using AI on real tasks every day. The Advanced course (6 weeks, 12 sessions) helps you build two production AI systems for your function — a recruiting copilot, a variance commentary generator, an SOP builder, a campaign brief engine, a PRD draft system, a UX research synthesiser. No coding. No theory decks. Just the work.

Both courses are offered in two modes — self-paced for people who want to start now, and live cohort for people who want a teacher and a team. The curriculum is identical; the experience around it is what differs.

The programme is built and taught by Vikas Tambde, founder of paarsh.ai. Vikas has spent 22 years in enterprise software, engineering management, and operations — building and running engineering organisations across the US and India, and setting up two Global Capability Centres from scratch. He returned to India six years ago after 19 years in the US, and now spends his time sitting with professionals — one function at a time — showing them how to brief AI like a junior colleague instead of querying it like a search engine.

We're based in Pune, India, and we work with professionals from India, the US, the UK, the UAE, and Singapore. Cohorts are kept under 25 people so every participant gets time with their own work in every session.
