Question 1

What's the difference between Self-Paced and Cohort mode?

Accepted Answer

The curriculum is identical. Self-paced gives you LMS access to start anytime, work through sessions at your own speed, and use all the prompt libraries and Claude Project files. Cohort adds live sessions with Vikas, real-time feedback on your actual work, weekly office hours, a private WhatsApp group, and a showcase session at the end.

Question 2

Do I need a technical background to take this AI course?

Accepted Answer

No. The Foundation course is designed for non-technical professionals with no coding background. If you can use email and Excel, you have all the technical skill required.

Question 3

Which AI tools does the course use?

Accepted Answer

Primarily Claude (Anthropic). The Advanced course also covers Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, and Apps Script — but no coding is involved.

Question 4

Who is this AI training for?

Accepted Answer

Working professionals in HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales who want to use AI on their actual day-to-day work — drafting documents, generating reports, screening candidates, writing variance commentary, and automating repetitive tasks.

Question 5

How long is the AI course?

Accepted Answer

The Foundation course is 4 weeks with 8 live sessions of 45 minutes each. The Advanced course is 6 weeks with 12 sessions of 60 minutes each.

Question 6

What is the Brief a Junior framework?

Accepted Answer

Brief a Junior is the core mental model taught at paarsh.ai/learn. It uses four elements — Context (who you are, who the output is for, what the situation is), Task (the specific thing you need done), Example (a sample of 'good' from your own work), and Constraints (word limits, banned phrases, format, tone). Apply this once and AI starts producing usable output instead of generic answers.

Question 7

Are cohort sessions recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every session is recorded and available to cohort members for 90 days. Live attendance still matters — most learning happens in the room, not the replay.

Question 8

Can my company sponsor or enrol multiple people?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Teams of 3 or more get 20% off per seat on Cohort mode. Email hello@paarsh.ai to enrol a group from the same organisation.

Question 9

Who teaches the AI course?

Accepted Answer

Vikas Tambde — founder of paarsh.ai with 22 years in enterprise software, engineering management, and operations. He has built and run engineering organisations across the US and India, and set up two Global Capability Centres.

Question 10

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you apply and decide to withdraw before the cohort starts, you get a full refund. Once sessions begin, refunds are not offered, but we work with participants to find a solution if something comes up.
